Tricia Werst, CPA - Clark Schaefer Hackett

Tricia is a manager in the tax department at Clark Schaefer Hackett with deep knowledge of tax technical issues relating to general business, partnership taxation, real estate partnerships, tax exempt entities, high net worth individuals and S-Corporations. Tricia has spent the last few years working in New York on real estate companies representing a sizeable portion of Long Island and New York City. She is adept in real estate partnership tax issues as well as state and federal tax credits associated with real estate projects.

Natalya N. Magnuson-CPA - Clark Schaefer Hackett

Natalya joined CSH in 2012 and has over 10 years of accounting and tax experience, working with closely held small and mid-size businesses. She primarily provides tax compliance and tax planning services to these businesses and their owners. Natalya’s areas of expertise include rental real estate, manufacturing and professional services industries. She has experience with partnership taxation, state and local tax issues, low-income housing tax credit program and non-for-profits. She also helps businesses and individuals with the tax compliance related to their foreign activities.

Natalya is passionate about bringing the best tax advice to her clients.

Beth Hartman, CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) is the Treasury Management Area Sales Manager for the Greater Cincinnati Affiliate of Fifth Third Bank.    Beth has over 19 years of experience in treasury management including positions in Operations Management, Implementations, Product / Project Management, and Sales. Beth received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing, with Minors in Spanish and International Business, from Miami University.  She received her master’s degree in Business from the University of Dayton.  Beth has worked at 5/3 for almost 14 years.
